Just curious if anyone else uses Blackhorn 209 powder.

I'm so impressed with it, that I bought up all I could get from Midsouth Shooters Supply.

It is so easy to adjust the load and it affects the accuracy and velocity so smoothly, if that makes sense.
80 gr , 90 gr loads are really most accurate at 50 yards , but 100 gr ,110 gr is better at 100 yards.

Yeah anything 100 gr and up is considered Magnum loads ,
I found my limit in My 50 cal, CVA Accura Rifle to be 130 gr of powder...devastates the shoulder,

120 gr is my limit in my CVA Optima 50 cal pistol..
Most violent handgun recoil I ever shot (Yep , even more than the S&W 500 [IMG] )

Best part is, you treat it same as you do any other smokeless powder , as far as clean up, and no swabbing the bore every few rounds either, no water , just patch and oil.

    Great stuff.

Like I said on the other forum I plan on trying that in my T/C G2 Contender 45 cal. rifle,I'm tired of having to clean it after every shot to get the next load down all the way.
